• If you accept your nomination for the Membership and CeProd Productivity Certification Workshop, you will send an email to indicate your acceptance.
• You will send your professional profile to info@centreforproductiviy.org. The membership committee will review your professional profile for approval based on the membership criteria (See Membership Criteria).
• After your Profile has been Approved, Fill application form and return.
